KickOff Terms and Conditions

  • All bookings made are to be paid in full or a deposit of half the amount will be required to reserve the space via telephone or in individual, no bookings will be made without a deposit payment.
  • Notwithstanding if a client does not take after the right cancelation process (72 hours’ notice required) we maintain whatever authority is needed to charge the client the full booking fee to add up to £50 per booking.
  • However, an extra cancelation charge will apply if you do not follow the right procedure under listed:
  • If a client cancels the reservation without taking after the right cancelations process i.e. not giving us a 3 days’ notice (72 hours preceding their booking begin time) then we will charge the client a full booking fee.
  • We claim all authority to charge the client the extraordinary booking expense up to £50 per booking utilizing the strategy for payment which was used by the client to make the initial payment. (Card or cash)
  • We will utilize the card details to prepare the charge within 2 hours. If the customer paid by cash, then we expect the payment to be made upon arrival.
  • Block bookings are taken up to 10 weeks at a time and payment is required in full at the season of reservation for an ensured booking space, block booking cancelations are non refundable.
  • Casual (walk in) bookings can be set aside in just a few minutes, given there are spaces available.
  • 72 hours (3 day) notification is required for cancelations to get up to half discount or the deposit sum per booking (excludes block bookings which are non refundable). Inability to do so will bring about losing the full booking charge.

(a). If you neglect to turn up for a game without getting across to us and neglecting to follow the right cancelation arrangement (3 days) we maintain whatever authority is needed to collect the outstanding fee through a 3rd party organization and by charging your card the remaining balance.

(b). We will get in touch with you on the day of the missed game and after that the next day with a last contact on the third day after the initial game was missed by telephone or sms, to ask for the full payment. Inability to pay within the stipulated 30 days will lead us to send the individual making the booking the outstanding bill. In the event that it is still unpaid after 60 days this will be passed across to a 3rd party organization who will likewise include there legal charge.

  • Any bookings which are not paid for within 24 hours of reservation, we have all authority to reject these booking with no earlier notice.

(a). We will let our clients know if the venue is shut for any reason i.e. climate or security reasons, seasonal holidays or Force majeure by online networking or telephone/content.

(b). Once the venue is open again we will put date or online networking pages, or inform clients by telephone/content.

(c). Clients are required to get in touch with us to see whether the venue is open.

(d). Any spaces which have been paid for we will contact the clients and offer a discount or move the booking to the same opening if accessible or book an additional opening on the end of the space bookings.

  • Please wear shaped boots or mentors, don't wear metal studs, stilettos or spikes. (NO metal cutting edges or studs)
  • No sustenance or beverages on the pitches
  • No Spitting
  • No chewing Gum
  • No Smoking
  • Damaging dialect towards anybody won't go on without serious consequences
  • All players are encouraged to have personal insurance before playing.
  • Playing on this surface is at your own risk and the Kick Off administration assumes no liability.
  • It would be ideal if you would you be able to guarantee the individual booking the space gathers all monies from all players before the starting of the game and pays this in full at the reception. We do not accept individual payments from players, the obligation lies on the individual booking the space to gather all payment.
  • Kick Off Administrators hold the privilege to reject and stop any games which have not been paid for. Kindly don't request credit as refusal regularly affronts.
  • Admission is by the sole discretion of the management and Kick Off Administrators reserve the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion without reason.
  • In case as a user of KickOff services you believe copyright has been encroached, we would expect our Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement to be used
  • Kick Off is a trading name of BPL (Company Number 03901500/VAT Number) all prices shown on site are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and VAT Invoices available upon written request.
